I took a Mock CAT today. I have attempted Mock CATs before so why am I writing about it? Well, the reason for that is because I’m gloating over my score! My score has finally improved (there may be others who find this score average, nevertheless it’s good enough for me). The only hiccup is the most dreaded section- Quantitative Ability.
Here’s how i have fared it the 3 sections:
Verbal Ability – 93.48
Quantitative Ability – 59.83
DI & Logical Reasoning Section – 90.44
So, I figured I needed to really really work on Quant. I know I need to practice more. The issue with me is not the concepts of Math, but the calculations itself (no, as far as I know, I’m not Dyslexic). So, I have made up my mind to spend more time in calculations and mental maths. How so, you ask? The website I am preparing on has loads of cool things like games and puzzles. This is the link to the game called ‘Mental Math Challenge’ – http://testfunda.com/ExamPrep/GameRooms/MyGames/9/7e2e936e-d179-419b-9d8d-9972591c037b
Hopefully these small measures will go a long way……
